The Illinois State Black Chamber of Commerce PAC exists to elect, empower, and equip Black leaders who will champion the advancement of Black business, equity, and community prosperity throughout Illinois.
For decades, Black entrepreneurs and civic leaders have driven the vitality of Illinois’ cities and towns — yet remain underrepresented in the rooms where decisions about capital, contracts, and community development are made.
Our PAC was created to change that imbalance. We connect political power with economic purpose. We invest in leaders who understand that supporting Black businesses is not a special interest — it’s a smart investment in Illinois’ future. We organize city by city,
district by district, to ensure that Black Illinoisans have an equal voice in shaping policy, budgets, and opportunity. This is more than politics. This is legacy, leverage, and liberation.

To build sustainable Black political and economic power across Illinois by supporting candidates, advancing policy, and mobilizing communities to shape a more equitable and prosperous future.
