Mission:
To build sustainable Black political and economic power across Illinois by supporting
candidates, advancing policy, and mobilizing communities to shape a more equitable and prosperous
future.
Vision:
A state where Black businesses, voters, and leaders have unified influence and
representation to drive wealth creation, opportunity, and justice for generations to come.
Values:
Equity, Empowerment, Integrity, Impact. The PAC was founded on a clear truth: political strength and
economic strength are inseparable. When we elect Black leaders, we shape the laws that determine
who receives contracts, grants, and investment. When we empower Black entrepreneurs, we build the
jobs and wealth that sustain families and communities.

Illinois is home to over two million Black residents whose political and economic power spans from
Chicago’s South Side to the Metro East, from Peoria to Carbondale. To organize effectively, we’ve
created a zone-based structure that connects communities to statewide action. Zone 1: Chicago Core –Bronzeville, Englewood, Austin, Roseland. Zone 2: Collar Counties – South Suburbs, Aurora,
Waukegan, Naperville. Zone 3: Central Illinois – Springfield, Peoria, Champaign, Decatur. Zone 4:
Metro East – East St. Louis, Alton, Belleville. Zone 5: Northern Illinois – Rockford, Elgin, Quad Cities.
Zone 6: Southern Illinois – Carbondale, Cairo.
